Return policy:
– The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and with the original labels/cards.
Return procedure:
1. Send an e-mail to support@alsheikhaofficial.com with the subject “Return request” or “exchange” and state:
– Your order number.
– The reason for return/exchange.
– the specific item (s) that you want to return/exchange and if applicable, the desired replacement.
2. Our customer service team will assess your application and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
3. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging (if possible) or a safe packaging to prevent damage during transport.
4. Send the item back to the specified return address within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
5. As soon as the returned article has been received and checked for conformity with our return policy, we will proceed to process the payout in 14 days.
