At Alsheikhaofficial we constantly strive for careful composition and high quality in our fashion items. However, we understand that there may be times when a return shipment is desirable. In that case we request that you follow our return policy.
Return policy:
– Return shipments or exchange are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
– The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and with the original labels/cards.
Return procedure:

1. Send an e-mail to support@alsheikhaofficial.com with the subject “Return request” or “exchange” and state:
– Your order number.
– The reason for return/exchange.
– the specific item (s) that you want to return/exchange and if applicable, the desired replacement.

2. Our customer service team will assess your application and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.

3. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging (if possible) or a safe packaging to prevent damage during transport.

4. Send the item back to the specified return address within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

5. As soon as the returned article has been received and checked for conformity with our return policy, we will proceed to process the payout in 14 days.

Comments:
– The costs for returns are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of manufacturing errors.
